SUMMER EVENTS 2011
New Paradigm Partners Inc, a consortium of six rural school districts has been awarded the SHARP grant.
Through the SHARP grant (Schools and Households Alcohol Reduction Project) students in Birchwood, Bruce, Shell Lake New Auburn, Luck & Minong have the opportunity to gather in their communities for cross community alcohol free activities. With this community bonding students can stand up for not using alcohol together as a group. Students will increase their awareness of activities available in their own communities and learn to appreciate and get involved in their community. There is no cost to the students and is available for students finishing 6th 7th and 8th grade.
