Welcome to the Shell Lake Elementary School!  Our commitment to academic excellence remains our top priority.  We are dedicated to providing a high quality education that challenges and inspires every student who walks through our doors. 

I want to extend my deepest gratitude to our incredible staff. They work tirelessly each and every day to create an inclusive and engaging atmosphere where all children can learn and thrive. Their daily efforts prioritize the safety and well-being of our students, ensuring a secure environment for all. Education is a team effort, and I believe that a strong family partnership is the foundation of our success. About us

Our campus is a small 4K-12 school with roughly 550 students on one campus. Shell Lake is a warm, caring environment for our students with teachers who are committed to building trust, being positive problem solvers and continually learning as educators.

Shell Lake staff are motivated, positive, growth minded, and team-focused. We believe in Professional Learning Communities (PLC) for collaborating around curriculum, common assessments, weekly learning targets, data, and unit plans. Our school uses Positive Behavior Intervention and Support (PBIS) as a behavior management system and Multi-Level Systems of Support (MLSS) for academic interventions. On a regular basis, we use data for the purpose of making informed decisions about students regarding behavior and academics to support students and give them what they need in order to be successful in school.
